As leader of MTG's Information Technology Management practice, Mr. Cabral has assisted a diverse group of state and local public sector organizations with their technology management issues. He offers our clients more than 16 years of IT integration and management experience. Having taught at the university level on topics such as systems engineering, multimedia systems design, and telemedicine, Mr. Cabral comes prepared with the knowledge and expertise to achieve outstanding results. He is a member of several national information security advisory committees and is well-versed in security requirements, threats, and best practices in the public sector.
