Developed business processes and RFP materials for a statewide vehicle and person licensing system with enhanced functionality and data exchange capabilities.
Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT)
Assisted the ODOT Motor Driver and Motor Vehicle Services branch in developing an RFP to select a contractor to provide systems development and technology transfer assistance in support of the licensing system redevelopment project.

Developed a Prorate and Fuel Tax System Feasibility Study and delivered a situational assessment, concept of operation, alternatives analysis, and a feasibility study that followed Washington State guidelines.
