In this assignment, MTG assisted the Oregon State Legislature in developing a strategic technology plan. The project objective was to define a desired future technology vision based on business goals and drivers and to create a plan to migrate the Legislature to that future vision in an orderly and phased manner. At the end of this project, the client had a clear vision of how technology would support key business functions in the future. In addition, the plan laid out the steps that would be required to move towards that future vision and provided sufficient detail to enable the client to pursue funding for the initiatives.
