Local Public Safety

City of Cleveland, Ohio, Department of Public Safety
Currently assisting in the acquisition and implementation of modern integrated systems for the divisions of Fire, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Police.
 
Seattle, Washington, Police Department
Developed a records, evidence, and identification needs assessment and audit.
 
Gwinnett County, Georgia, Police Department
Developed a strategic IT plan that addressed a broad range of public safety business processes, identified the needed technical solutions, and planned for their implementation.
 
Pierce County, Washington, Law Enforcement Support Agency (LESA)
Developed a multiyear strategic improvement plan for law enforcement business processes, the supporting software applications, and the technology infrastructure.

State Public Safety

Michigan Department of State Police (MSP)
Assessed IT systems and developed a strategic plan spanning multiple legacy, client/server, mobile, and Web-based technologies.
 
Oregon State Police
Served as project manager on an Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) -related strategic planning project for a nine-state consortium of leveraged AFIS infrastructure agencies.

South Carolina Department of Public Safety
Currently promoting the reduction of criminal justice costs and increased public safety through the effective and efficient sharing of information and associated IT resources.

Integrated Justice

San Diego, California Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS)
Currently assisting architecture design and acquisition of justice integration solutions delivering secure tactical analysis, investigations, statistical information, and crime analysis services to more than 11,000 users in the San Diego region.
 
Multnomah County, Oregon
Developed a multiyear strategic plan to establish an integrated solution that will bridge regional justice agency systems and provide a global look at authorized information across jurisdictions and the criminal justice process.
 
San Joaquin County, California
Established a future vision, implementation plan, and cost estimates for modernizing their legacy Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS).
 
Administrative Office of the Courts, California
Institutionalized a Center of Excellence (COE) for providing integration-related services to the judicial branch and architected the efforts to procure, design, and deploy a statewide data integration sharing solution.
