Oklahoma Supreme Court, Information Technology Strategic Plan

MTG facilitated the development of an information technology strategic plan for the Oklahoma courts.

This plan sets forth a vision and road map for implementing a fully electronic records and case management system, enabling the courts to work “better, faster, and cheaper,” according to judges participating in the planning effort.  Mr. Jim Cabral, the strategic planning engagement manager, notes, “This plan seeks to give the courts the tools they need to resolve disputes faster.  That’s good for the litigants and good for the taxpayers.”  The Oklahoma Supreme Court is currently acquiring case management software in accordance with its strategic plan.
