Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts, National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Act Record Improvement Program (NARIP) Grant

MTG was recently engaged to help the state courts integrate, automate, and transmit NICS data to state and federal criminal repositories. 

This will help the courts support the effectiveness of NICS by efficiently providing the criminal history data needed to correctly determine whether an individual should be disqualified to possess a firearm.  Mr. Collins, Senior Partner, is in charge of this engagement and stated, “The engagement will leverage MTG’s nationwide experience with both the courts and law enforcement to help solve this nagging issue for those applying our nation’s gun laws.”
