Effective July 1, 2010, Mr. Collins was promoted to the position of senior partner, MTG’s highest level. Mr. Collins joined MTG in 1998 as an entry-level technical consultant and has since made many contributions to the success of MTG’s clients and the firm.
His focus on resolving complex public safety management, technical, and financial issues has resulted in millions of taxpayer dollars saved and an increase in the efficiency of many public operations. His integrity-based approach focuses on transparency of process and clarification of complex problems, which has distinguished him as the leader of MTG’s Public Safety practice area. According to MTG’s chief operating officer, Mr. Bob Kaelin, “Chuck has become a trusted adviser to criminal identification bureaus and state law enforcement clients. His proven abilities to identify needs and deliver solutions for those needs quickly and efficiently have been the key to his success.”
