MTG assisted the Employment Security Department with an assessment of its One-Stop Operating System. We helped to select and develop an implementation plan for acquiring and tailoring an application that will support Washington’s employment and training business operations and meet federal Workforce Investment Act reporting requirements. This assignment enabled the Employment Security Department to modify its strategy to transfer the One-Stop Operating System being developed by the Utah Department of Workforce Services and Oracle Corporation. MTG developed an implementation strategy for installing and tailoring the application to meet WorkSource employment and training needs and replacing its existing case management and labor exchange system.
