In this engagement MTG prepared a strategic information systems plan for all criminal justice partners within Anoka County. This involved the development of a coordinated, long-term technology plan representing the application, data, infrastructure, network, security, and integration needs for law enforcement, prosecution, public defense, courts, offender supervision, communications/dispatch, and secure facility management functions. In addition, we evaluated data and process model drafts, which the state had developed to facilitate information sharing. Our services provided an organized plan for the improvement of criminal justice systems and services within Anoka County as part of a statewide integrated criminal justice technology environment.
