Child Care Services Division (CCSD), Integrated Systems Needs Analysis

MTG assisted the CCSD in completing an Integrated Systems Needs Analysis, detailed system requirements, and an RFP for system development. The goals of this project were to develop an information system that enhances the coordination and integration of services with other child development and family support services. Development of the needs analysis and requirements to meet the goals for a new integrated child care services system involved numerous activities, including: facilitation of focus groups to define system goals/requirements; evaluation of current state infrastructure, data systems, and platforms; and creation of an overall system architecture, including technical components, security, functionality, and data. The project resulted in the drafting of an RFP for system development.
