MTG assisted the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division in creating a feasibility study related to acquiring an information system to support its transition to a managed care service delivery model. The feasibility study involved defining system goals and requirements, documenting current business processes and the technical infrastructure, identifying and evaluating implementation alternatives, creating a conceptual system model, and developing an implementation strategy and budget. We also provided quality assurance services to the division during the subsequent implementation phases.
