The Emerald City Awaits!

They say that if you parachute anywhere into downtown Seattle, you would land mere yards away from the nearest espresso stand.

MTG Events

At MTG, we measure success not only by the excellence of our work,
but also in the quality of our play.

What we look for:

seeks professionals who are interested in a public sector consulting career. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in business or information systems and experience in one or more of these areas:

Strategic and tactical business planning.

Business process reengineering.

Management reviews and performance audits.

Information technology strategic planning.

Architecture development.

Project and program management.

Above all, we are looking for creative individuals with a balance of technical, communication, and problem-solving skills who are driven to excellence. Since our consulting teams work closely with clients, travel is required.

Why we're different:

Small project teams.
Since MTG is a specialized firm, our project teams are relatively small, giving you substantial contact with senior clients and involvement in key client meetings.

Mentoring.
Our smaller project teams mean you have better access to our partners and senior consultants, giving you the opportunity to learn more and form vital mentoring relationships.

Supportive environment.
Our work environment is intense but supportive; people are busy but always willing to share their experience or point you in the right direction.

Variety.
Our consultants typically work on two or three projects at a time. Further, our projects usually last 4 to 6 months. This structure means you will see a larger variety of clients and projects than at most other firms.

Just the right size.
With about 30 consultants, MTG provides the personalized experience of smaller firms with the resources of larger firms. Many of our consultants started with larger firms.

Growth with stability.
MTG is committed to growing the firm no faster than 10 to 15 percent per year. This enables us to create great career opportunities while maintaining a consistent culture that values both teamwork and an entrepreneurial spirit. We are a privately held partnership.

Employees who are dedicated to their professional and career development can look forward to long-term growth and rewards.
